Mikä Keksi?
Keksi on visuaalisen viestinnän ratkaiseva kumppani. Suunnittelemme ja toteutamme laadukkaita kuva- ja videotuotantoja vahvistamaan asiakkaidemme markkinointiviestintää. Olemme myös vaativan infografiikan erityisosaajia. Monipuolinen asiakaskuntamme koostuu laajasti eri alojen edelläkävijäyrityksistä, julkishallinnon toimijoista ja merkittävistä järjestöistä. Meille on tärkeää tehdä töitä hyvässä hengessä ja sujuvassa yhteistyössä asiakkaidemme kanssa.
Mikä työ?
Uusasiakashankinnan osaajana olet tärkeässä roolissa myynnin tukena ja mahdollistajana. Tehtävässäsi:
- Etsit ja kontaktoit potentiaalisia asiakkaita – kartoitus, prospektointi, soitot ja keskustelut ovat työsi ytimessä.
- Keskustelet rohkeasti asiakkaiden kanssa, kuuntelet ja tunnistat heidän tarpeitaan.
- Pidät huolta siitä, että asiakkaiden tarpeisiin ehdotetaan reippaasti ratkaisuja – myynnin jatkotoimenpiteissä tukenasi ovat asiakasvastaavat.
- Osallistut myynnin kehittämiseen ja dokumentoit systemaattisesti työtäsi, jotta voimme jatkuvasti kehittyä yhdessä.
- Saat vastuuta ja vapautta askel kerrallaan – opit, kehityt ja vaikutat näihin yhteisiin tuloksiimme.

- Näet, missä ja miten juuri meidän palvelumme voisivat ratkaista asiakkaan tarpeet.
- Etsit tietoa näppärästi ja olet järjestelmällinen sekä huolellinen.
- Olet tavoite-orientoitunut ja pidät kiinni sovituista asioista.
- Ymmärrät ratkaisevan roolisi liiketoiminnan kestävyyden ja kasvun tekijänä.
- Sinulla on kaupallisen alan koulutus.
- Sinulla on kokemusta uusasiakashankinnasta sekä tuloksekkaasta ja asiakaskeskeisestä ratkaisumyynnistä.
- HubSpot (tai vastaava myynnin työkalu) on sinulle tuttu.
