We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities in the HR software market.

The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, working closely with Solution Architects and Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets.

  • Opening new accounts by identifying and qualifying prospects
  • Working collaboratively with Solution Architects and Business Development Representatives to maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Providing accurate forecasting and managing sales processes to close deals
  • Closing sales opportunities utilizing superior presentation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrating confident presentation skills and ability to close business at VP and C-Level
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise class software sales experience, selling complex SaaS solutions
  • Consistent track record of overachievement against revenue targets
  • Able to work effectively across teams and drive pipeline growth via prospecting
  • Proactive mindset and highly organized approach to work
  • Experience working with data, reporting, and CRM systems is an advantage
