**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As one of our first Sales Executives, you will work closely with our Country Manager and other Sales Executives to expand our market presence by establishing partnerships with leading e-commerce merchants.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and drive complex sales processes with small- and medium-sized e-commerce companies in the Finnish market
- Pursue, analyze, and engage with potential clients throughout all sales phases from initial contact to go-live
- Collaborate with colleagues across Fintechnordics to ensure a seamless experience for merchants joining our platform, including approval processes, internal alignment, and project management
- Represent Fintechnordics at market events, creating brand awareness and positioning the company in the market

- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce, payments, or a related field
- You are structured and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders
- You possess high energy and engagement to cope with pressure and occasional tight deadlines
- You are fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
