We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Neurovascular division. This is a temporary position covering the Finland territory.
Mission Statement:
- To deliver world-class sales support for Stryker's Neurovascular product portfolio, promoting innovation and customer satisfaction.
- To cover the Finnish market, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for conducting product trainings, learning about the NV product portfolio, and developing relationships with key opinion leaders.
In coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory based on business objectives and customer needs.
You will implement strategies in the sales process, prospect new customers/users for Stryker NV products, conduct negotiations, and maintain an ongoing knowledge of market trends.
You will advise, train, and partner with physicians, lab, and medical staff, providing expert product knowledge and in-theatre support when required.
You will secure sales revenue by liaising with different departments, coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, etc.
You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
Requirements:
You already possess sales experience, preferably within (neuro) interventional radiology and/or medical devices.
Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish and English is required.
You hold a diploma/degree, preferably in related fields such as radiography, healthcare, business administration, etc.
You hold a valid driver's license, and you are committed to travel within the territory as needed for position and product line support.
Excellent communication skills and team spirit are essential.
