We are seeking, on behalf of our client, the fastest-growing HR solution provider in the Nordics, which is actively expanding across Europe with recent growth in the UK and Germany, and whose solution is used by over 1,000 organizations in more than 100 countries, a Sales Manager.
The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, working closely with Solution Architects and Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets.
What you would do & responsibilities
- Opening new accounts by identifying and qualifying prospects and at the same time increasing the revenue with existing customers
- Working with Solution Architects and Business Development Representatives collaboratively to maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities sufficient to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Providing accurate and predictable forecasting of business by successfully managing the sales processes
- Closing sales opportunities utilizing superior presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrating confident presentation skills and the ability to close business at VP and C-Level
- Developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and conducting sales presentations for prospective customers
Qualification/Certification requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise class software sales experience, selling complex SaaS solutions.
- Consistent track record of overachievement against revenue targets.
- The ability to work effectively across teams, bringing internal stakeholders with you on the customer journey.
- Proactive mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive pipeline growth via prospecting.
- Experience in a sales role in a growing SaaS business is a plus.
- A highly organized approach to your work with great time management skills.
- Experience working with data, reporting, and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Experience selling in the HR field, HR systems, or associated areas is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have great people skills. You are as comfortable interacting with a CHRO as you are with a Junior HRBR.
- Willingness to travel for work.
