What You'll Do

As an SDR at Inven, you'll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline, helping us bring our AI-driven fintech solution to global financial firms. Your role will include:

  1. Outbound prospecting – Identifying and reaching out to investment banks, private equity firms, M&A teams, and VCs.
  2. Engaging with senior decision-makers – Building relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  3. Booking high-value meetings – Using phone, email, and LinkedIn to open doors and create new sales opportunities.
  4. Mastering the fintech sales process – Learning how to navigate complex B2B sales cycles in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Who We're Looking For

  1. A strong communicator who can confidently engage with financial decision-makers.
  2. Someone with an interest in fintech, private equity, and investment banking.
  3. Fluent in English (our clients are global, and 99% of your work will be in English).
  4. A goal-oriented professional who loves hitting and exceeding targets.
  5. Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales is a plus, but not required.
