A career opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative. We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills, passion for technology, and excellent communication skills to join our sales team.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for working with potential and existing customers to understand their IT needs and provide tailored Citrix solutions that optimize performance, security, and user experience.

You will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive business growth, while ensuring that customers are fully equipped to meet their goals with Citrix products. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with customers and deliver value-added services to meet their evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Support & Solution Design: Identify business opportunities, qualify leads, and understand customers' requirements to recommend suitable Citrix solutions.
  • Technical Expertise & Consultation: Provide technical consultation to customers by discussing Citrix products' features, benefits, and implementation processes. Conduct product demos, POCs, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of Citrix offerings.

Requirements include 3+ years of experience in technical sales, IT consulting, or solution engineering, preferably in the Citrix space. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, are also essential.
