Welcome to Dream Broker, a global online video software powerhouse. As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Espoo, Keilaniemi.

Job Description:

This role involves managing your own customer portfolio, executing our Sales strategy within the Finnish market, and working independently while having the support of your team to manage daily sales activities and develop collaborations with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of existing customers by supporting them to achieve their business objectives using our software.
  • Contacting existing customers, booking meetings, and holding sales meetings to expand collaboration and identify new opportunities.
  • Building long-term customer relationships and retaining customers through regular planning meetings and use-case identification.
  • Leading implementation phase trainings online and on-site to ensure seamless adoption of our software.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues, sharing expertise, and providing guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent Finnish and conversational English.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles and sales-related tasks is ideal.
  • A strong ownership mindset with a willingness to learn and grow as a professional.
  • High ethics towards customers and colleagues.
