Job Description

We are seeking a talented Software Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Finland. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of IT solutions and drive growth and innovation.

This position is unique due to its focus on cutting-edge software solutions within a well-established customer base, as well as the chance to engage directly with key decision-makers in IT. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic software sales initiatives, leveraging Dustin's strong product and service offerings and established customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategic software sales initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and expand the customer software portfolio, increasing net sales year over year.

You will work closely with your team to achieve these goals, as well as with departments like Account Management. Core Activities:

  • Establish and maintain customer contact to build relationships and understand client needs.
  • Presentation and explanation of software solutions in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Generate and nurture software & software asset management pipeline in Finland.
  • Systematically manage sales processes using various internal systems to track progress and ensure efficiency.
