We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to fill the position of Technical Sales Representative. In this role, you will work closely with potential and existing customers to understand their IT needs and provide tailored Citrix solutions that optimize performance, security, and user experience.

About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in technical sales, IT consulting, and solution engineering. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive business growth, while ensuring that customers are fully equipped to meet their goals with Citrix products.

Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with customers and deliver value-added services to meet their evolving business needs. To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Support & Solution Design: Partner with sales representatives to identify business opportunities and qualify leads. Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable Citrix solutions such as Virtualization, Networking, Cloud, and Endpoint management.
  • Technical Expertise & Consultation: Offer technical consultation to customers by discussing Citrix products' features, benefits, and implementation processes. Conduct product demos, POCs, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of Citrix offerings.
