About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in Finland. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in our target market.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their HR needs and challenges, and position our solutions as the best fit for their requirements. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in complex sales environments, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will be an ambassador for our company, leveraging your expertise to drive sales success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pursue and close new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  2. Identify and qualify leads, understanding customers' HR needs and challenges, and positioning our solutions as the ideal solution.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to articulate the value proposition and benefits of our services.
  4. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales success.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals/offers, and sales contracts.
  7. Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company guidelines and objectives.
  8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
  9. Strictly follow weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, tracking progress and updating CRM systems accordingly.
