What You'll Be Doing

Are you ready to shape the future of sales enablement in a growing software-organization? We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of our sales models. This is a newly created role, based on need, offering a unique opportunity to define processes, implement best practices, and drive strategic improvements in sales efficiency.

In this role, you will ensure that our sales processes are well-defined, scalable, and effectively support our sales teams. Your responsibilities include identifying process and tool development opportunities, creating and executing training programs, and aligning cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance. You will have a high degree of autonomy and the ability to leverage your expertise to create scalable and impactful solutions. For more experienced candidates, the position can be tailored into a Senior Sales Enablement Manager role with expanded strategic responsibilities.

In this position, you will have a strong network of experts to support you. Most of your team is located in Espoo HQ, and we work with a flexible hybrid model. What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record of operating in a B2B SaaS landscape; either in Sales, Product Marketing or Commercial Product Management
  • Ability to identify development opportunities and the capability to drive development initiatives
  • Capability to develop competencies of sales teams through training programs
  • Experience in sales model development and sales enablement, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized company
  • Understanding of the needs of growing organizations and the ability to align actions with vision
  • Fluency in Finnish and English is required
