Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive business growth, while ensuring that customers are fully equipped to meet their goals with Citrix products. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with customers and deliver value-added services to meet their evolving business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Support & Solution Design: Partner with sales representatives to identify business opportunities and qualify leads. Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable Citrix solutions such as Virtualization, Networking, Cloud, and Endpoint management.
  • Technical Expertise & Consultation: Offer technical consultation to customers by discussing Citrix products' features, benefits, and implementation processes. Conduct product demos, POCs, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of Citrix offerings.
