If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, your responsibilities focus on contacting warm leads for our software products Etasku and Procountor. Your primary objective is to turn potential customers into paying clients

You'll be speaking with decision-makers, identifying their needs, and confidently guiding them toward the best solution. Success in this role comes from a sales-driven mindset, persistence, and the ability to recognize and seize business opportunities. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role, where success comes from actively engaging with customers throughout the day. You'll spend most of your time on calls, building relationships, and closing deals.

In this position, you will have a strong network of experts to support you. Most of your team is located in Espoo HQ, and we work with a flexible hybrid model. Everyone in the sales team has personal goals to strive for, and the results achieved directly influence earning potential. We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication, so your success will truly reflect your efforts.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous sales experience, especially in phone sales, and comfort working in a target-driven environment
  • The ability to handle pressure and stay motivated, even in a fast-paced sales setting
  • Strong self-reflection skills and the ability to analyze performance and continuously improve
  • Fluency in both Finnish and English is required; Swedish language skills are considered a plus
