Key Responsibilities

  1. Define and implement Apomera's growth strategy.
  2. Lead e-commerce sales and optimize sales performance.
  3. Manage budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization.
  4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  5. Build and systemize sales & marketing activities for optimal conversion.
  6. Enhance the customer journey to sustain and increase revenues.
  7. Lead the execution team, providing insights and business development direction.
  8. Oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, marketing activities, prospect development, and sales closure.
  9. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  1. Experience: 5-10 years working within e-commerce in key operational sales and marketing roles, with 3+ years in leadership positions in high growth environments.
  2. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a systematic approach, and a hands-on leadership style.
  3. Sales & Marketing Acumen: Proven track record in setting sales tactics, achieving business goals, and managing sales and marketing teams.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field or equivalent hands-on experience.
  5. Language Skills: Fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish is a plus.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Experience from the e-commerce industry is required. Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
