At Pearl Finland, we're actively seeking a Head of Sales to join our team. The role is key for our further growth in both the Finnish and Nordic market. The role requires strong sales skills, leadership ambitions, a self-driven attitude, and a passion for driving a sales team forward to achieve both strong customer relations and strong tangible results.
The primary focus of the role will be to drive business in Finland, but collaboration within the Nordic region will be a key dimension. The candidate must be based in Finland and speak fluent Finnish.

Pearl Group is the leading Nordic SAP partner in the Nordic region, and the largest SAP partner across the Nordic countries. Pearl Group meets the growing customer demand for SAP-based solutions with over 500 consultants, developers, operational teams, and customer executives. We have a strong focus on SAP ERP cloud on S/4HANA, SAP CRM and Commerce Cloud, Business technology Platform, insight and marketing solutions.
Our ambition is to strengthen this position across all market units in the Nordic and Baltic area, by continuing to gain increased market share and build strong customer relations.
About the roleAs Head of Sales in Pearl Finland, your responsibilities will include:
- Drive business growth, expand our client base, and win new deals
- Coordinate sales resources and a core team of senior pre-sales and account executives
- Develop a strong pipeline in the Finnish market, including both nurturing existing and winning new customers
- Drive demand generation activities
To succeed in the role, you will bring:
- Experience with sales within relevant business, with proven results
- The ability to build strong relations and a network within relevant industries and segments, with C-level executives and customer stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of the relationship between technology and business
- Knowledge within the SAP market, and with the SAP solution portfolio will be a plus, but not a prerequisite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
