Incluso is looking for a Technical Sales Manager for Tongyu Technology in Europe. This is a permanent position that can be located anywhere in Europe.

Position Description, Duties, and ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Sales Manager (TSM) position is a sales role with a technical and marketing orientation. The TSM works with Tongyu's (Tongyu Technology Oy) European customers' technical and commercial team members to promote and sell Tongyu's products. The TSM has experience in the BSA industry and has worked with technical managers at European MNOs. The TSM understands antenna technology at a level that allows for technical discussions with customers.
Key Functions and Responsibilities- Work closely with customers' technical teams to promote Tongyu products, technology, and capabilities.
- Understand customers' needs, wants, and challenges, discovering and defining what is necessary without waiting for a complete specification.
- Find solutions that strengthen customer relationships and lead to increased sales and margins.
- Interface regularly with Tongyu HQ engineering to align on status, targets, and new technology.
- Communicate ideas, concepts, requirements, and challenges to Tongyu design engineers and management.
- Participate in proposal preparation and technical responses.
- Create technical presentations that support the team in Europe using inputs from R&D and HQ marketing.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies with target customer accounts.
- TSM will have ownership of selected customer accounts as an Account Manager.
- TSM KPI will consist of team and personal objectives.
The TSM is a key part of the Tongyu team. Many Tongyu BSA customers in Europe are highly technical, with over 25 years of experience in RF planning and optimization. Tongyu's target is that our customers view the TSM as a member of their team and Tongyu's shared team—a trusted partner.
The TSM has additional responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Handle technical/quality concerns raised by customers.
- Coordinate and manage the BSA product roadmap for Tongyu Europe to align with customer needs and competitive pressures.
- Participate in technical marketing activities with sales and product management, creating material and setting objectives for marketing campaigns.
- Gather technical requirements and competitive intelligence on applicable antenna subjects.
- Support OEM accounts (Ericsson and Nokia) as needed.
To perform the above functions, the position requires the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical/science discipline.
- Experience in managing technical relationships with BSA (Mobile Network Operator) customers.
- Good understanding of antenna technical requirements and how antenna parameters impact network performance.
- Strong communication, presentation (creation and delivery), and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, Tongyu design engineering departments, and management.
- Customer-focused, able to work independently or in a team environment, and willing to travel as required.
- Ability to develop and define new requirements based on customer discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with an internal engineering team in a different country.
- Strong spoken and written English is required; German, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel internationally within Europe (approximately 50% of the time).
This position can be carried out remotely from anywhere in Europe, provided there are good travel connections. Offices are available in Kista (Sweden) for candidates located in the area.
This is a full-time and permanent position, with a 6-month probation period. Start date is as soon as possible.
