We are looking for a Country CEO to lead our Finland operations. If you have a passion for sales, strategy, leadership, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact at the country level.

Role Overview:

The Country CEO will be responsible for the overall management and smooth collaboration of different functional groups in the Finland, working closely with senior managers both at the country level and with our headquarters. You will lead the company's sales, customer service, collaborating with key departments like Active Sales and Availability. Your leadership will drive the execution of Skuba's strategy and foster a positive working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with senior managers and headquarters to align strategies and ensure smooth operations across departments. Lead and inspire teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Sales & Expansion: Oversee sales and customer service, while focusing on expanding Skuba's footprint across the Finland.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with Skuba's overarching goals, leveraging your market insights and competitive advantages. Ensure constant communication regarding company goals, results, and plans.
  • Employee Development: Create a motivating and positive work environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Regularly analyze data to identify opportunities for improving sales skills and employee knowledge.
  • Market Awareness: Continuously analyze the competitive environment and market trends, ensuring Skuba remains agile and responsive to industry changes.

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a professional seller with strong strategic thinking and a deep understanding of competitive advantages in the industry. You should be results-driven, data-focused, and capable of making decisions based on analytics, not just intuition. Your leadership should inspire and motivate teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B retail sales with a strong track record in managing sales teams.
  • At least 5 years of management experience with a team of 30+ employees.
  • Experience in developing and managing sales points across multiple cities, including the process of opening new locations (from finding premises to hiring employees).
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to reach targets and exceed expectations.
  • A strong understanding of KPI measurement and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, competition, and emerging industry trends.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
