We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive in Finland. In this key role, you will play a vital part in our expansion in Finland, working closely with our retail partners to strengthen our presence and maximize in-store sales.

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will have the retail sales responsibility, you will independently lead your region and be an inspiration for store staff. Are you ready to be part of something from the start and take beauty brands to the next level?

What you will do

Drive sales & build relationships

  1. Exceed sales targets through active store presence and close collaboration with retail partners
  2. Build strong, long-term relationships with store managers, regional managers, and store staff
  3. Implement a TOP doors strategy to ensure key stores receive extra focus and support
  4. Monitor sales performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies to optimize profitability

Educate & inspire

  1. Ensure store teams have in-depth knowledge of our products through physical and digital training sessions
  2. Develop customized training programs for stores in your region
  3. Ensure the brand has the best possible visibility in stores according to VM guidelines
  4. Work creatively to develop inspiring and sales-driven merchandising solutions

Events & PR

  1. Plan and execute in-store events that strengthen brand presence and engage customers
  2. Build strong relationships with store teams and drive local collaborations, such as shopping mall partnerships

Administration

  1. Manage the budget for your region and provide regular reports to the Retail Sales Manager
  2. Plan and conduct store visits based on sales potential and needs
Do you have the qualifications we are looking for?
  1. Experience in sales, retail, and strategic store collaborations
  2. A natural relationship builder who motivates and inspires store teams
  3. Self-driven, ambitious, and results oriented
  4. At least 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably as a makeup artist or similar
  5. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
