Are you a Sales professional ready to make a real impact in the fast-paced world of software quality? Qt Group is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our global team. This role is based in Qt's headquarters in Espoo, Finland and you will be reporting to the global Sales Director of Software Quality Solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute strategic and tactical level initiatives to drive growth for our GUI Test Automation and Code Coverage tools within the Qt ecosystem. You will be working in a matrix organization and forming an essential bridge between our headquarters and our regional sales teams across the world.

Your work at Qt

  • Taking ownership of the governance model and key business metrics for the Test Automation tools business within the Qt ecosystem
  • Working closely with our regional VPs and local sales teams in APAC, AMER and EMEA to drive alignment and strategic initiatives
  • Form a bridge between our regional sales teams and key functions at headquarters to help remove potential roadblocks and streamline our efforts of global collaboration
  • Developing and driving our go-to-market strategies with close collaboration with our internal business stakeholders, such as Product and Marketing
  • Plan, and hands-on execute, strategic, operational, and tactical level sales motions with current and future customers of our Test Automation solutions
  • Actively leading and contributing to the sales enablement activities of our global sales network for the inside Qt ecosystem sales, including Sales Trainings, Sales Collateral and other means of enablement

About you

  • Experience in leading software sales teams and a solid track record in selling to Enterprise size customers in a global business environment, that extends beyond Europe (preferably US)
  • Team player with great people management and collaboration skills, and experience in working in matrix organizations
  • Deep understanding of complex sales processes, systems and metrics with an analytical mindset to drive action through data
  • A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset to independently drive actions by engaging internal business partners
  • Ability to execute consultative value-based solution selling strategies for technical products in a complex enterprise environment
  • Understanding of software testing automation and quality assurance is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient/native-level English)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
