Stellenbeschreibung
  • Fokussierung auf den Vertrieb unserer elektronischen Alarm- und Sicherheitssysteme, insbesondere Video-, Einbruch- und Zutrittskontrollsysteme.
  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung unserer bestehenden Kunden vor Ort hinsichtlich spezifischer Lösungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team der Vertriebsplanung und Technik bei der Erstellung von Angeboten.
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung ihrer Projekte.
  • Eigenständige Erstellung und Projektierung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen.
  • Entwicklung von Strategien und Konzepten zur Neukundengewinnung.
  • Pflege und Ausbau der Beziehungen zu unseren Bestandskunden.
  • Sicheres Auftreten in der Kommunikation, unabhängig von der Hierarchieebene, um Ihre Gesprächspartner abzuholen.
  • Durchführung von Verkaufsverhandlungen mit Entscheidungsträgern auf höchster Ebene.
Qualifikationen
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Alternativ eine elektrotechnische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischen bzw. betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen oder ersten Vertriebserfahrungen.
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte.
  • Qualifikation: Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Selbstsicher, eigeninitiativ, selbstständig, durchsetzungsfähig und mit Freude am Verkaufen. Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick sind ebenfalls wichtig.
  • Begeisterung: Freude am Aufbau eines eigenen Netzwerks und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
