
Senior Sales Director

The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region. This role plays a critical part in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners to achieve sales targets.
This position requires collaboration with the Country Manager to develop comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Business Growth: Manage business growth in an omnichannel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. Responsible for key sales metrics and KPIs of the region, collaborating with dealers to achieve agreed goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, industry partners, and final users within the region. Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis, providing insights into market trends, sales performance, and challenges.
- Market Development: Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups within the region in alignment with the company's overall business plan.
- Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities, increasing brand reputation and influence within key industry partners.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets, and evaluating performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions to support sales goals.
