The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales for our yield generation offering. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, ensuring successful integrations and long-term partnerships.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless integrations. The role requires a strong understanding of the crypto industry and experience in selling complex financial or SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in yield generation offering and market positioning.
  • Drive end-to-end sales, including lead generation, outreach, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally (product, legal, risk, compliance, and operations teams) and externally (crypto exchanges, wallet providers, payment service providers).
  • Travel internationally (~3-6 times per year) to key markets, including South-East Asia, Latin America, the USA, and Europe.

  • Manage the full sales process from cold outreach to contract signing
  • Representing Tesseract at industry events

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

  • 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in crypto, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the crypto yield, asset management, lending, tokenization, custody, or payments sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the digital asset space and competitive landscape.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience selling structured finance, institutional lending, or related crypto products.
  • Background in partnerships or business development in crypto or traditional finance.
