The Role

As a Liberis Sales Executive, you will be part of our established Nordics Sales team working in a fun, energetic and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales volumes through engaging inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers.
  • Converting warm leads into customers and ensuring effective follow-up through various communication methods.
  • Applying our proven sales approach while being open to suggesting improvements.
  • Handling objections and challenges with positivity and resilience.
  • Meeting or exceeding KPI targets with a strong desire to succeed.

Our ideal candidate will have fluency in Finnish and English, drive and proven ability to work hard with minimal supervision, ability to embrace change and find creative solutions, positive attitude and resilience, strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping others, excellent listening and self-management skills.
