The team
At Liberis, we provide fast, flexible alternative finance to small-to-medium size businesses. Our personalised and accessible financial solution supports our customers to thrive and in our Sales team, we are committed to making the application process as seamless as possible
Based in Stockholm, our team of eight covers the Nordic markets; Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. And now we are looking for an enthusiastic Finnish speaking Sales Executive to join us on this exciting journey
The role
As a Liberis Sales Executive, you will join our established Nordics Sales team working in a fun, energetic and collaborative environment. Quite simply, you will assist businesses owners through the process of accessing our unique funding solution so that they can grow their business. Your key responsibilities in the role will include the below:
- Play a key role in driving sales volumes through conducting engaging and informative inbound and outbound calls to Liberis' new and existing customers.
- Convert warm leads into customers and ensure that no customer falls through the gaps.
- Handle objections and challenges with positivity and resilience.
- Meet or exceed KPI targets.
- Be excellent with time management and able to maximise the time spent on the phone with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
- Manage a pipeline of leads.
- Collaborate with other departments within Liberis to ensure a frictionless customer journey.
- Demonstrate Liberis values: to be open, interested, proactive and bright
We think you'll need
- Previous experience in Sales or customer-facing roles.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
- The drive and ability to work hard daily with minimum supervision.
- A natural ability to influence and think of creative solutions.
- Infectious positivity.
- Strong listening skills.
- Great self-management and prioritisation skills.
