Description and RequirementsWe are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our thriving Mid-Market team. In this role, you'll focus on solution selling across Lenovo's portfolio of products and services, emphasizing driving value for our customers and delivering comprehensive IT solutions.

Working closely with C-level executives and decision-makers, you'll be a critical driver of Lenovo's growth strategy in the Mid-Market segment.
Key Responsibilities
As a trusted advisor to our Mid-Market customers, you will:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts, acting as a main point of contact across Lenovo's full portfolio including Laptops, desktops, servers, storage, accessories and services, alongside product specialists.
- Drive solution-based selling by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored IT solutions, encompassing Lenovo's hardware, software, and service offerings.
- Use business intelligence tools to uncover new opportunities and expand your account base.
- Regularly liaise with customers virtually and face-to-face to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Configure, quote, and negotiate sales solutions to meet both customer expectations and Lenovo's revenue and margin goals.
- Collaborate closely with Lenovo's Channel team and business partners to ensure seamless fulfillment of solutions and build new customer pipelines.
- Work cross-functionally with Lenovo's sales teams to meet revenue and profit goals.
- Provide detailed reporting on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
It is an inside sales role however travel around 2x per month to visit a customer will be required.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a driven and structured sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You'll bring:
- A proactive, opportunity-seeking mindset with the ability to uncover new sales potential within existing accounts and acquisition accounts.
- A strategic sales approach, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs to cross-sell Lenovo's full range of products and solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidently engaging with customers both face-to-face and via Teams.
- A results-driven attitude with a track record of exceeding sales targets through persistence and structured account management.
- Strong CRM skills, leveraging data to track, manage, and optimize customer interactions.
- Experience in IT sales or working within the IT Channel (end users, resellers, or distribution) is highly advantageous.
- Strong advantage if you have experience in selling Server & Storage solutions.
