Sales Development Representative

A creative agency specializing in social media, recently awarded three Agency of The Year titles, is looking for new talent. Kurio joined the international Samy Alliance network in February, and we are now seeking reinforcements for our increasingly global team.
At our company, operating in over 50 markets, you will have direct access to the forefront of social media marketing and communications, working with top national and global brands. In addition to expert colleagues, you will have access to the best tools on the market, particularly in areas like social listening and influencer marketing.
Mission
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative who is passionate about sales. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation and sales support using advanced sales tools and techniques, both in Finland and across other Nordic countries. We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in building successful client relationships and developing sales strategies and processes. Are you ready to take on the challenge?
- Actively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels.
- Execute lead generation activities and identify high-quality sales opportunities.
- Participate in the early stages of the sales process and assess client needs in close collaboration with the team.
- In addition to being part of the Kurio team, you will also be integrated into the international sales team.
- 1-3 years experience in sales, particularly in lead generation and cold calling.
- Experience in marketing and communications agencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop in the sales field.
- Proficiency in English (other languages, especially Swedish, are a plus).
