About the role

As a Sales Representative Finland, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and managing existing customer relationships. You will visit customers, deliver product presentations, and create demand for new products. Additionally, you will conduct competitor analyses and assist customers with product selection. You will also play an active role in marketing and training, promoting products at events and training new sales representatives. Furthermore, you will handle administrative tasks, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers. This role requires strong commercial skills, independence, and a willingness to travel within Finland.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Management:

  • Develop new sales opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Visit new and existing customers, providing introductory presentations.
  • Create demand for new products among customers.
  • Respond to technical questions from customers and sales representatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with various key contacts.

Product Management & Logistics:

  • Ensure new products are available to customers.
  • Keep product samples up to date and conduct tests for customers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis (new products, marketing tools, pricing strategies, etc.).

Marketing & Training:

  • Promote and present products to customers and at events.
  • Provide training to new sales representatives at customer locations.
  • Advise customers on color selection and product placement, both remotely and on-site.

Administration & Follow-up:

  • Maintain telephone contact with customers and schedule follow-ups.
  • Prepare and track quotations for new products and marketing tools.
  • Respond to emails and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Visit construction sites for analysis and prepare reports for customers.

Profile:

  • Experience in sales and customer management, preferably in a technical or product-related sector.
  • Strong communication and commercial skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Good administrative skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Finland and occasionally to other regions.
