On behalf of our client Fresenius Kabi we are now looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to the Helsinki office:

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our sales and marketing activities in Finland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking healthcare organisation and play a pivotal role in delivering profitable growth and shaping market strategy.

Sales Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage tender process and all necessary activities to fulfil strategic objectives.
  2. Overall responsibility for sales results, ongoing analysis and reporting of results.
  3. Ensure timely management of the contract/tender process across health care regions to ensure stable and profitable business growth.
  4. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, build client relationships and ultimately to exceed customer expectations.
  5. Responsible for the sales and marketing input to the annual Forecast, Medium Term Strategy and Budgeting processes and monitoring of ongoing progress.
Marketing Accountabilities
  1. To work with the General Manager to create and then drive implementation of the marketing strategy.
  2. Maintain excellent market knowledge to identify and evaluate new market opportunities and industry trends, using market research, competitor analysis and customer insights.
  3. Represent the company in front of key customers (including Authorities) and identify strategies to boost customer engagement and retention, ensuring positive brand interactions.
  4. Use excellent communication and networking skills to maintain productive and collaborative relationships in the management team.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant country-specific regulations and industry standards, as well as the company's policies and principles, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct and integrity in all marketing practices.
  6. Responsible for Fresenius Kabi's brand and the constant promotion and improvement of its perception by the customer and the general public.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a Business Management related subject.
  • Minimum 5+ years' proven experience in a sales and marketing role.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role with budget responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and tender processes, generating new business and driving profitable growth within a Pharma, Nutrition or healthcare organization.

  • Dynamic and charismatic team player with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to lead and motivate a sales and marketing team.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Sales forecasting skills and budget management experience.
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Brand management and market research skills.
