Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Central Europe. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth across the assigned region.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

  • Building a sales plan for your book-of-business (account base) and for new business generation so that you over-achieve your targets.
  • Prospecting and booking meetings with select target accounts in your territory.
  • Managing both inbound leads and outbound outreach to maximize pipeline opportunities.
  • Engaging in customer growth initiatives by expanding existing client relationships.
  • Working with our solution and technology partners to source and close new business.
  • Acting as a coach and mentor to SDRs helping you fill your calendar with quality meetings.
  • Executing sales calls & product demos.
  • Educating prospects, submitting proposals, and negotiating deals with prospects in marketing, data engineering, and operations.
  • Updating Salesforce with all activities - we love our data to be clean and accurate.
  • Following up on your sent proposals & negotiating and closing deals.
  • Taking ownership in continuing to develop your knowledge of our products, the space we work in, and particularly our API and Data Warehousing offering.
  • Meeting weekly with your teammates to collaborate and share tips & thoughts.

Requirements

This position is for you if you have:

  • Minimum few years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to the EMEA markets.
  • Strong track record of closing outbound deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience selling Martech/Adtech solutions or solid knowledge of digital marketing, business intelligence, or data warehousing - you're selling to marketing & data professionals.
