We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our Nordic team and lead our sales efforts in Finland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy in the region.
Job DescriptionThe Sales Director will be instrumental in driving net new sales growth and expanding our customer base in Finland. You will work closely with our Customer Success organization to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
You will be responsible for coaching and directing our sales teams to reach their full potential, as well as developing business relationships with key stakeholders in the Finnish market. Your primary goal will be to achieve maximum efficiency and maximize revenue growth in accordance with IFS processes.
