Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Strategy: Identify and prioritize potential customers, develop sales plans, and execute sales campaigns.
  • Tender Leadership: Lead tenders according to our sales process, leveraging sales support to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Customer Acquisition: Network and prospect among existing customers, acquire new ones, and build trust and continuity with key accounts.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the product development process, including R&D projects, mechanical design, industrial design, technical analysis, and documentation.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success.
  • Education: An MSc/BSc/MBA/BBA degree is an asset.
  • Attitude: A 'can-do' attitude, with no room for 'no' as an option.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Finnish and English.
