Main Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team through effective recruitment, training, and coaching.
- Develop and implement strategies for succession planning and employee development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
Store Operations & Customer Service
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Drive sales growth through effective scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Promote a culture of excellent customer service throughout the team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail leadership with a focus on sales growth, team development, and customer service.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
