About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Placecom. As an Assistant Manager- MOD Sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Proactively generate leads from outside the current customer base, utilizing market research and competitor analysis to inform your approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and timely reporting in CRM systems.
  • Analyze MIS reports to gain insights into market trends and competitor activity, informing strategic decisions and pricing strategies.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Total Experience: 8 - 13 years in sales or related field.
  • Expertise in selling cycle, pricing & purchasing strategies.
  • Sales funnel management skills.
  • Business planning and market awareness.
