Key Responsibilities Include:
- Project Portfolio Management: Ensure alignment with strategic goals and successful completion of projects.
- Strategic Initiative Identification: Identify initiatives that support the organization's strategy.
- Project Management: Drive specified projects from idea to completion, meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Methodology Support: Provide guidance and support in project management methodologies and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, making recommendations for improvements.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience leading/managing business/process development.
- Strong project management skills and experience of leading large change initiatives as well as experience of agile methodologies to deliver value.
- Previous experience of developing customer service and/or sales operations.
- Self-driven, innovative, and solution-focused approach.
- Leadership and coaching abilities to drive changes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- University degree (or similar education), preferably in business, management, or engineering.
