Job Description
The Account Executive role involves all core aspects of sales within Europe, North America, and the Middle East region. The chosen candidate will quickly become an essential part of our team, working hard to improve QOCO's market position, maintain our continued financial growth, and ensure that our current relationships with our valued clients are always supported and enhanced.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, deeply understanding customers' needs, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams, keeping abreast of industry trends, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and reporting on sales metrics and forecasts to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record as an Account Executive, Business Developer, or in a similar role within the SaaS or aviation industry. You should possess excellent knowledge of modern sales approaches and strategies, as well as a deep understanding of aircraft maintenance processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are also essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive 'can-do' attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team are highly valued.
You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field, and at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or aviation industry. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.
