
Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Sales Executive at SD Worx, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to articulate the value proposition and benefits of our services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales success.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record from complex large enterprises.
- Experience from SaaS (software as a service), BPO (business process outsourcing), or solution sales.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
