Spartao Oy is a catering and restaurant chain company in Finland, founded in 2018. Currently, we operate in over 60 locations across Finland and Estonia. Our most well-known brand is Itsudemo Sushi, which is represented by both Itsudemo Sushibar and Itsudemo Restaurant.

Additionally, we operate two exciting sub-brands:

  • Itsuyaki – Specializing in Japanese teppanyaki.
  • Seoul Good – Serving delicious Korean fried chicken.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our team in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in business development projects, administrative tasks, track project progress, and ensure smooth communication between team members and stakeholders. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage negotiation processes with partners, including contract discussions, feedback reviews, and cooperation agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify and map new cooperation opportunities.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Support the project team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and meeting arrangements.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support project decision-making.
  • Identify and address potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Visit stores as needed based on business requirements.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least two years of work experience in a similar role. Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English. Proficiency in Chinese is absolutely an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs.
  • A valid work permit in Finland.
  • A valid driving license is required for this role.
