Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Product Sales Support, Life-Cycle Services to join our team in the Professional Services Business Line In this role, you will become a product sales support expert, and your main responsibility is to drive our Life-Cycle Services growth by supporting our Market Areas. This is a new role that reports to VP, Field & Expert Services Product Group, located in Finland.
This position is preferably located in Espoo, Finland, and includes global travel. The ability to spend a significant amount of time at various customer locations is essential, with approximately 6-8 months required in the first year.
Team you belong to
This is a truly global role and you will work closely with multiple different stakeholders, Market Areas' Sales and Services teams, as well as different Business Lines and Life-Cycle Services Sales. The members of your team are located around the globe.
What you do
- Support LCS growth by providing needed analysis
- Ensure profitability of sales cases
- Support Market Area sales and work closely with ISS Sales support
- Provide product sales support for Field and Expert Services as part of Life-Cycle Services offering
- Study the market, competition and industry best practices, give feedback to the offering process
- Seek customer feedback
- Support LCS product launches (internal & external) including MA sales training
- Support product and sales campaigns and growth programs, including value argumentation, value proposition, and LCS labor win plans
Who you are
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering paired with previous experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Commercial and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
