Job Description:

Arrow lukeutuu maailman suurimpiin IT-alan lisäarvojakelijoihin ja edustaa globaalisti yli 70 päämiehen ratkaisuja. Suomessa työskentelee noin 70 osaajaa, jotka yhdessä laajan kumppaniverkoston kanssa tarjoavat ratkaisuja yritysten eri haasteisiin. Yrityksen toiminta koostuu erilaisista lisäarvopalveluista, joiden avulla IT:n ostaminen helpottuu ja myyntisykli lyhenee. Arrow:lle kumppanuus on ensisijaisen tärkeää ja siksi luotettavuus, osaaminen ja palvelu kulkevat toiminnassa aina etusijalla.

Technical Sales Manager

Etsimme NetApp teknologiaosaajaa NetApp tiimiimme. Toimit tiiviissä yhteistyössä valmistajan sekä Arrow:n myynti-, markkinointi- ja teknisentiimin kanssa, palvellen asiantuntemuksellasi yrityksen jälleenmyyntiasiakkaita.

Tehtäviin kuuluu:

  1. Arrow:n NetApp tekninen pre-sales, esim. Tuote-esitykset, demot, konfigurointi
  2. Arrow:n jälleenmyyntikumppanien tukeminen ja kehittäminen, esim. Webinaarit ja workshopit, yhteiset asiakastapaamiset
  3. Arrow:n markkinointi-aktiviteetit, esim. Blogit ja videot
  4. Arrow:n osaamisen ylläpito, esim. konferenssit ja koulutukset sekä tekniset sertifioinnit

Menestyt tehtävässä, mikäli sinulla on:

  1. Kokemusta NetApp teknologioista.
  2. Osaaminen muista tallennusjärjestelmistä, 3-tier tai HCI -ratkaisuista.
  3. Kokemus muista Arrow:n päämiehistä lasketaan eduksi.
  4. Haluat pysyä IT-alan kehityksen kärjessä ja olet erityisen kiinnostunut tulevaisuuden ratkaisuista.
  5. Omaat halun oppia uutta ja olet oma-aloitteinen.
  6. Toimit mielelläsi ryhmässä sekä vuorovaikutus- ja esiintymistaitosi ovat hyvät.
  7. Suomenkielen lisäksi hallitset englanninkielen. Ruotsinkielentaito lasketaan eduksi.
