
Sales Growth Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to start and continue a key career move in a fast-paced, international organization.
The successful candidate will join our Infrastructure Business Unit in Espoo, Finland, and will be responsible for driving new business development and managing current client accounts.
The role involves close collaboration with Arrow's Internal Sales teams to identify key reseller partners with potential for sales growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Business Development/Account Management within the IT distribution/IT manufacturers' sector, preferably in Cloud Computing/Infrastructure sales.
Responsibilities and RequirementsThe key responsibilities include:
- Working with Arrow Internal Sales teams to identify key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor's products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the vendor.
- Developing relationships between the business area (Cloud Computing/Infrastructure), regional teams, and vendors to ensure trust and support of business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, at least 5 years of experience in Business Development/Account Management, and experience with Citrix products and solutions is a must.
