Euformatics is one of very few profitably growing clinical genomics software companies. We power our tools with what we call "Full Stack AI" by implementing and leveraging artificial intelligence in all layers of our operation from database to customer engagement.

In addition to strategic partnerships, you will be driving our growth through identifying and signing channel partnerships. We already have more than 20 distributors and agents representing us in different markets and we are looking to grow that number further. You will also be working directly with clinical customers and prospects to truly understand what our customers are looking for and feeding that input to our product development while identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and integrate our solutions more tightly into their systems.

You will leverage advanced AI tools to augment your workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive productivity. You will learn to use AI agents to study partners, draft business proposals, and send mass-customized outreach communication.

What we look for in you

You are someone who is at ease in front of customers and a pro with words. Our customers and partners are located all around the world, and we work in English, so an excellent working knowledge of English is crucial and fluency in another major European language is considered valuable.

You have a proven track record in business development, sales strategy, and revenue generation. You are capable of doing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Having an interest or understanding in the field of clinical genomics and precision medicine would be considered advantageous, or else you should be able to demonstrate from previous experience that you are able to learn complex and new ideas quickly and effectively to be able to discuss with VP or C-level decision makers. Ideally, an existing network in the clinical genomics field would be a huge advantage to get a running start.

You understand the value of and can demonstrate experience of building trust with key stakeholders and are able to take initiative to solve customer problems. You are not afraid to do the top-of-the-funnel work required to build a strong pipeline of opportunities. You display high agency and urgency in work. You are capable of working with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, and product development. Finally, a strong aptitude for adopting and adapting to AI technologies is essential to excel in this role.
