As a Sales Executive at Avarda, you'll play a vital role in driving growth by managing the entire sales cycle from the first conversation to closing the deal. You'll have the opportunity to shape your sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and contribute to Avarda's continued success.
Location: Helsinki, Finland
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to signing agreements.
- Sales Planning: Take ownership of your sales plan, set goals, and outline the steps needed to achieve your targets, with the support of a collaborative team.
- CRM Management: Accurately track client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system to ensure seamless coordination and follow-ups.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new clients, securing initial volumes and coordinating handovers to internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Share insights, participate in strategy discussions, and contribute to Avarda's overall commercial success.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, explore new market segments, and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Innovation: Provide feedback on how our products and services can evolve to better meet client needs.
Work closely with teams across Finland, including Commercial, Product Development, Operations, Risk, Finance, and the Credit Committee.
External:Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and partners, representing Avarda with professionalism and enthusiasm.
