To support our fast-growing services business, we are looking for a Service Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting and selling a broad range of technical and digital services, enhancing our customers' experience while driving revenue growth.
You will join our Global Service organization in Finland, which is responsible for delivering best in class power and energy management services for our customer on critical electrical distribution sites such as data centers, industrial sites, and hospitals.
The role will be based in our office from Espoo, Tampere, or Vaasa and will require traveling to our customer premises across Finland.
What Will You Do? As a Service Sales Representative, you will:
- Identify and sell installed base services with assigned accounts and translate customer requirements into service and modernization offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Increase our service market share in electro-intensive end users, such as data centers, industrial sites, and hospitals.
- Collaborate with Schneider Electric teams to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
- Create and present service proposals and quotations while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
What Will Help You to Succeed?
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Relevant degree such as Bachelor's in a technical field, with some years of technical sales experience.
- Few years of work experience in electricity distribution solutions (low or medium voltage), equipment, or field services.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with C-level customers.
- A proactive and dynamic approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Finnish and English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
