Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for healthcare? We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and promote innovative diabetes management products and services. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Position Title: Sales Representative

Territory: Varsinais-Suomi, Satakunta, Pohjanmaa (Varha)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and Sell: Introduce our first-in-category diabetes management system to new customers.
  2. Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
  3. Drive Prescriptions: Increase the prescribing of our diabetes management system.
  4. Customer Engagement: Actively pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
  5. Educate and Demonstrate: Educate customers on our products and services, and demonstrate how our system works.
  6. Strategize: Implement and adjust territory account plans and strategies as needed.
  7. Meet Targets: Aim to exceed sales targets set by the company.
  8. Support HCPs: Provide follow-up support to healthcare professionals, including responding to product queries and issues.
  9. Market Intelligence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on market intelligence.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  2. Degree in a relevant life science field or equivalent experience.
  3. Experience in selling insulin products or other products within the diabetes market is a plus.
  4. Knowledgeable in the diabetes management market, typically obtained through education and sales experience.
  5. Valid Driving Licence.
  6. Proficiency in the local language, with English language skills being a plus.
