
Sales Leader

As a Senior Sales Executive at SD Worx, you will be a key player in driving sales growth and revenue targets. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate relationships with new customers, maximizing revenue opportunities through the sale of our products and services.
Your Role:
Our ideal candidate is an individual contributor focused on prospecting into new markets, understanding customer needs and pain points, and effectively positioning our offerings to address those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding customers' HR needs and challenges, and positioning our solutions as the ideal solution.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to articulate the value proposition and benefits of our services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record from complex large enterprises.
- Experience from SaaS (software as a service), BPO (business process outsourcing), or solution sales.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
