The team

At Liberis, we provide fast, flexible alternative finance to small-to-medium size businesses. Our personalised and accessible financial solution supports our customers to thrive and in our Sales team, we are committed to making the application process as seamless as possible

Based in Stockholm, our team of eight covers the Nordic markets; Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. And now we are looking for an enthusiastic Finnish speaking Sales Executive to join us on this exciting journey

The role

As a Liberis Sales Executive, you will join our established Nordics Sales team working in a fun, energetic and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities in the role will include:

  • Driving sales volumes through engaging inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers.
  • Converting warm leads into customers and ensuring effective follow-up through various communication methods.
  • Applying our proven sales approach while being open to suggesting improvements.
  • Handling objections and challenges with positivity and resilience.
  • Meeting or exceeding KPI targets with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Maximizing time spent on calls with customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Managing a pipeline of leads.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer journey.
  • Demonstrating Liberis values: to be open, interested, proactive, and bright
