Rubio Monocoat seeks an experienced Sales Representative for our Finland team
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer management, preferably in a technical or product-related sector. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and managing existing customer relationships.
Job Description:
You will visit customers, deliver product presentations, and create demand for new products. You will also ensure new products are available to customers, keep product samples up to date, and conduct competitor analysis. Additionally, you will promote and present products to customers and at events, provide training to new sales representatives, and advise customers on color selection and product placement.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Management:
- Develop new sales opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Visit new and existing customers, providing introductory presentations.
- Create demand for new products among customers.
- Respond to technical questions from customers and sales representatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with various key contacts.
Profile:
- Experience in sales and customer management, preferably in a technical or product-related sector.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Good administrative skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Finland and occasionally to other regions.
