
Sales Director for Swedish Expansion

We are looking for a Sales Director for Swedish Expansion who will be responsible for growing our Swedish market through our hub located in the Helsinki area. As a member of our Commercial team, you will have the opportunity to explore business development opportunities in Sweden for companies in the accounting industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS sales, specifically selling software solutions to the accounting or financial admin (CFO's finance directors, financial administrators). Existing networks in Sweden would be highly beneficial. You will also need to travel regularly to Sweden and possess strong stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales pipeline independently. You will utilize our CRM system extensively (Hubspot) and collaborate with our product team in brainstorming new product concepts. Your career path can lead to international sales or various business development roles with us. This role requires a genuine interest and ability to travel regularly to Sweden. You should be fluent in Swedish and English, and other languages are a plus, especially Nordic languages. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Several years of experience in SaaS sales, with specific experience selling software solutions to the accounting or financial admin (CFO's finance directors, financial administrators)
- Genuine interest and ability to travel regularly to Sweden
- Strong stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure
- Process oriented approach to sales
- Ability to manage and grow the sales pipeline independently
- Fluent Swedish and English (other languages are plus, especially Nordic languages)
- The ability to utilize our CRM system extensively (Hubspot)
