SALES MANAGER FOR SWEDISH MARKET

We are looking for a person to grow our Swedish market through our hub located in the Helsinki area.

Do your eyes sparkle at the thought of engaging in sales and discussing the development needs of clients' businesses? Is acquiring new clients a role you'd thrive in?

We want to remove manual tasks from the world and give our customers the tools to work smarter, not harder. You will be offering clients genuinely value-adding services to help optimise their operations.

In your role, you will explore the business development opportunities in Sweden for companies in the accounting industry. Your background in selling software to this industry will be an advantage, as we believe that deep understanding of our clients' needs and challenges is key to success. Ideally, you already have existing networks you can leverage to help open doors and drive business. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with Rajobit's product team in brainstorming new product concepts.

If you succeed in this role, your career path can lead to international sales or various business development roles with us. We are looking for people who want to take responsibility and are looking to grow with us. You'll receive coaching in your role and a genuine opportunity to develop.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
  1. Several years of experience in SaaS sales, with specific experience selling software solutions to the accounting or financial admin (CFOs, finance directors, financial administrators). Existing networks in Sweden would be highly beneficial.
  2. Genuine interest and ability to travel regularly to Sweden.
  3. Strong stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
  4. Process-oriented approach to sales.
  5. Ability to manage and grow the sales pipeline independently.
  6. Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are a plus, especially Nordic languages).
  7. The ability to utilize our CRM system extensively (Hubspot).
